To the extent that ownership of the Developer`s Materials is not automatically superior to the Developer under this Agreement or otherwise, Customer transfers and transfers to its Developer all right, title and interest of Customer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Developer designs and hosts websites and that the Developer has the right to provide third parties with services that correspond or are similar, as well as to use or use development materials to provide such services.
